The moly coating process used by Hardai ARMND is not a basic spray job — it is a proprietary, multi-stage industrial system optimized for scale, speed, and consistency.

Step 1: Surface Preparation

We begin with chemical and mechanical cleaning:
• Degreasing
• Shot blasting / micro-abrasive prep
• Activation for bonding

This ensures perfect adhesion of MoS₂ on steel, alloys, and other substrates.

Step 2: MoS₂ Spray Coating Application

Using our precision MoS₂ spray coating system, we apply a uniform layer of molybdenum disulfide coating.

Step 3: Controlled MoS₂ Coating Thickness

MoS₂ coating thickness is critical.
